Concerns for events of evacuation of hundreds more people, pets, autos to exit at intersection with Trinity at place where there will be a 22,000 sf medical building (Christus St Vincent). If planned project surrounds the Bluffs Senior Apts, with already limited parking and buffer areas, will the County receive commitment from property management that their tenants won't overflow onto that property? Will it also commit that all residents and long-term guests will undergo criminal background checks prior to leasing to insure the safety of the Bluffs' residents and their vehicles?
